Executive Management, comprise of Heads of Business Units, provides strategic leadership to the organisation and report to the Chief Executive Officer. The IDT operates on a hybrid decentralised organisational model. The 9 regions have autonomous day to day authority in operational terms and account centrally to the Chief Executive Officer for strategic business, and to the Executive: Programme Management Services Unit for operational matters. This hybrid model fosters innovation and flexibility in order to enhance operational efficiency and strategic unity at a corporate level.
